Matt Weissert is responsible for Business Development and Account Management at Paladina Health. He has over a decade of experience in driving new business, expanding existing client growth, as well as focusing on all relationships at the individual and enterprise level.
He started his career in the United States Air Force, leading teams all around the world on various test and development programs. He transitioned into healthcare with Johnson & Johnson as a surgical sales specialist and spent time at GE Healthcare in sales/operations roles. He developed, managed, and led conferences on solution-based client management while at GE, and is now leading Paladina Health as they grow this platform.
During his seven years with DaVita HealthCare Partners (DaVita), Matt led several operations teams, and taught leadership principles/processes at the national level. His last role with DaVita was as Division Vice President with responsibility for more than 60 dialysis clinics across multiple states.
Matt holds an MBA from the University of West Florida, is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with Amy, his wife of 20 years and their two daughters, Madelyn and Abigail.
